Delivery was good, had the phone call 2 days ago and they arrived 2 days later. Customer service was excellent. The chocolatiers did a good job with exciting my taste buds as most of these chocolates were my first tasting.
Overall 100 out of 10!! Going to buy another box, for my friend.

Classy and sophisticated
Overall i thought they were superb, the packaging was simple, classy and sophisticated and you knew these were going to be special, i was very impressed and they arrived in perfect condition (and tasted great).
The smell when you opened the box was intoxicating and i wanted to dive straight in, just heavenly. Now im a dark chocolate girl and would have preferred more of these in the box, but thats just my taste.

Minor issue but was sorted and I am now in chocolate heaven
My package went AWOL but after calling you, you called the delivery company and got everything sorted within a few hours (thanks Leanne) - and wow it certainly was worth the wait.

Do I have to receive a new tasting selection every month?
No. We create unique tasting selections every month but you can change the frequency with which you receive them – it is always your choice.
If you would prefer to receive chocolates bi-monthly, every 3 months or 6 months then this is also possible. Alternatively, if you no longer wish to receive our chocolates you can easily cancel or from your online account. You must let us know within 10 calendar days of dispatch of any changes or cancellation to your membership.
Is the cost the same every month and how do I pay?
After you try The Best Of The Best Chocolate Selection the cost is just ?19.95 for all future tasting selections (includes free delivery).
Paying is hassle free because we will automatically debit your credit or debit card for every tasting selection as long as you are a member of the club. The choice is always yours.
When will my chocolates be delivered?
If you have chosen standard delivery your Chocolate Selection or Monthly Tasting Selection usually arrives within 3-5 working days. Alternatively if you have paid for first class delivery your Selection should arrive within 1-2 working days. If you no longer wish to pay for first class delivery on your order, please contact support who can remove this from your membership.
The 2012 and 2013 delivery schedule for Monthly Tasting Selections is set out below:

Can I cancel or delay my next order?
Yes of course - the choice is always yours. You can choose to receive a new tasting selection every 2 months, 3 months or 6 months if every month is too often for you.
Or if you have an holiday planned you can even pause your membership. If you wish to cancel your membership to the club then you can easily do so from your online account.
We ask that you let us know within 10 calendar days of dispatch of your tasting selection if you would like to change the frequency or cancel your membership to the club. If we receive your request after these 10 calendar days, we will make the changes immediately, however your tasting selection order would have already been past to our chocolatiers (they make them fresh for you!) so you will still receive this selection and be charged the exclusive membership price of just ?19.95.

The guarantee is for our Best Of The Best Chocolate Selection. If you receive our chocolate selection and are not satisfied simply request a refund within 10 days of dispatch by contacting us. We will ask a few simple questions, so that we can ensure we improve in the future and then we will refund your purchase.
